1. Who we are
Lérins Partners ("we", "us") provides private introduction services to wealth managers and private banks, from a base in Luxembourg. We act as the data controller for personal data submitted through this site. You can reach us through the contact form on this site.
2. What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide: your firm name, work email address, your name (if given) and your message. We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data through this site.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to assess a potential engagement. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Who processes your data
Enquiries are stored using Supabase, our database processor, and the site is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data-processing terms. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to evaluate and pursue a potential relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact form on this site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the CNPD.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
